Phil Siddons

Phil is the founder and heartbeat of PS Assist. Having forged a successful career operating at an executive level for over 20 years, Phil gained a wealth of experience and quickly realised the importance of work life balance. She sought a way to share this with her clients, offering them an efficient business support service with PS Assist. Balancing multiple tasks and prioritising hectic work schedules are second nature to Phil, and to every client she brings calmness, time-efficiency and structure. 

Phil is a highly accomplished and hands on virtual assistant, with proficiencies in email and diary management, maintaining CRM databases, preparing reports and presentations, proof reading, invoicing, expenses, copy and audio typing. She operates in a discrete and confidential manner, ensuring results are achieved and expectations exceeded. Phil builds trusted relationships with ease, establishing a professional rapport with people at all levels, and always handling pressure with grace and a sense of humour. Phil is responsive to all her client’s individual administrative needs and approaches her work with enthusiasm, dedication and loyalty.

  • The virtual assistant's core hours are between 9.00am – 3.00pm Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays).
  • Worked time is tracked and rounded up/down to the nearest 15 minute increment.
  • A detailed time report will be provided with every invoice.
  • Proactive alerts on time usage. Pre-approval will be sought for hours over the commitment.
  • Additional hours above the monthly retainer will be charged at the standard rate.
  • Unused monthly retained hours are not rolled over to the following month.
